- New/improved technologies demonstrated/validated in the project areas;
- Management of Institutional Capacity Development ( local PhD. & foreign PhD, short-term training, study visit, etc) for NARS;
- ICT facilities will be developed and connectivity will be established among ARS, RARS and NARI-HQs;
